PREACHERS EUROPEAN CONVENTION November 2011 Since 1992, when Brother B.H. Clendennen founded the School of Christ he poured himself out in ministry in Russia, across eastern Europe, then increasingly across each continent and a great many nations. His one desire and his constant central theme of his message was "conformity to Christ." His desire was for genuine revival across these nations and a spiritual awakening which would restore the true church to its former glory as set forth in the early church as seen in the Book of Acts. This was not a vain selfish and vain hope but a Spirit birthed and scriptural vision. Since 2001 School of Christ has held four week and three week schools as well as conventions, meetings, leaders meetings and satelitte broadcasts across Ireland and the United Kingdom. Brother Clendennen has been at the forefront of this as its leader. Since his departure to be with the Lord in December 2009 this work is moving forward in these lands. His burden was always to raise up local leaders in these nations who would pour out their lives in prayer and service in order that this generation might experience the reality of Jesus Christ in a spirit of revival. One of his last desires in 2009 was to be with us in England for our annual European convention. Sadly he could not be there but he sent a broadcast to us in that convention. It turned out to be his last word to us in these lands. This convention will continue to be a place where leaders, preachers and believers can gather to meet with God, hear from God, and give themselves to God that Christ may have a sanctified vessel through which He can bring revival to this continent.
